Our Process

Gabe Gomez NY uses editorial quality photography equipment, from top of the line professional DSLRs and real estate specialty lenses to powerful lighting equipment, taking the time to make every property shine and giving you the best value for your money. Pictures of both interiors and exteriors are taken from several angles to provide variety and are edited individually to ensure high quality. 

Services are available 7 days a week. Additionally, we have a 24-hour turnaround from the time of photographing to delivery, helping you get your properties listed as quickly as possible. Same-day rush services are also available for a small fee if necessary.

All images are delivered promptly upon completion via a personalized web gallery that allows batch and single file downloading.

We also adhere to all NC and NY MLS guidelines to make everything from flyers to online listings compliant with regulations. 

Pricing

Prices vary according to property size. Additional services for rush orders and luxury editing are also included below.

Apartment/Condo - $135

For properties smaller than 1,500 square feet.

Large Sized Home - $200

For properties larger than 3,501 square feet.

Small Sized Home - $150

For properties between 1,501 - 2,500 square feet.

Same Day Rush Order - +50%

For properties assigned, photographed and delivered same day. Add 50% to price.

medium Sized Home - $170

For properties between 2,501 - 3,500 square feet.

Luxury Editing - +50%

For homes that need that extra punch, images are professionally retouched and made to look of magazine quality. Add 50% to price.
